Who We Are
Rosan was founded in 1993. Our main manufacturing plant is based in Moscow and we are currently in the process of building a further site in Moscow. Rosan pioneered the card manufacturing business in Russia and CIS countries. We have a dynamic and efficient team, complimented by some of the most innovative and highly qualified technical experts in the smart card world. The Nilson Report has ranked Rosan in the top ten of the worlds Visa and MasterCard smart card manufacturers. Whilst the majority of our business has concentrated on Eastern Europe, the company made a strategic decision in 2004 to expand their operations into other emerging markets such as Africa and Asia. We now supply over 300 financial institutions in 30 countries with card solutions.
